Good…I am too! I understand that going to a new salon and seeing a new stylist can feel a little intimidating, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. Here’s some additional information to help make your first visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.
Clean Dry Hair
Please come to your appointment with clean, dry hair - preferably with minimal products in it. For curly hair please come with it styled how you normally wear it.
Payment Methods
I accept all credit/debit cards, cash and checks (after our initial visit).
Parking
There is plenty of free parking available by our building, in front of the salon or in the big parking lot to the left of our building.
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment and feel free to wait in our reception area.

You will receive a digital confirmation 72 hours before your appointment and a reminder 24 hours before your visit.

In My Chair
Before the Door
You'll receive a text the day of your appointment with instructions of what to do when you get here. You'll be able to choose your drink, snack, and essential oil of choice before walking into the salon.
When You Arrive
I'll kindly introduce you to the space to make you feel comfortable and walk you to my station. Here for color? I recommend changing into a clean robe to ensure your clothing remains dry and free of stains.
How We Begin
We will start off your session with a thorough consultation about your hair to make sure we're both confident on how we should proceed with your service. My chair is a no judgment place, I need an honest picture of your hair history, lifestyle & hair goals. We will explore solutions and plans to create your perfect hair color and style.
Bring your inspiration photos and we’ll talk about all the details before we begin. Knowing what you don’t like is as important as what you love.
Our Time Together
I'll proceed with your color application. It’s time for you to sit back, relax and enjoy yourself! Whether it’s conversation (what happens in my chair stays in my chair!), Wi-Fi to catch up on work or phone chargers. It's completely up to you! Once you're done processing, we'll get you shampooed.
Every service package includes essential oil-infused hot towels and a relaxing scalp massage treatment. I'll stay silent so you can close your eyes and enjoy your "me time."
Wrapping it Up
I want to make sure you feel empowered to love your hair not just when you leave the salon, but every day.
I do this by intentionally educating you on how to maintain, and style your hair at home in a way that fits your lifestyle. We accomplish this with a personalized styling lesson and proper product application.
We'll make a plan for when and what your next appointment will be, get you checked out, and send you off to go turn heads with your beautiful new hair.
After leaving your first appointment with me, I will be an available resource for you should you have additional questions.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Please give at least 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows for another client to enjoy the appointment and helps you to avoid a rebooking fee. Should you cancel with less than 48 hours notice a rebooking fee of 50% of the service scheduled does apply. Failure to notify or come to your appointment will result in a 100% rebooking fee for the missed appointment.
If you decide during your appointment to not have one of the services scheduled you will still be charged for that service.
Late Policy
Please be on time for appointments and if you are going to be late, please let me know. I will do the same. If you arrive late for your appointment your services may have to be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked.
Adjustments
It is my top priority to give my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your color or cut, please contact me within a week of your completed service. I will do my best to accommodate you in a timely manner and adjust the original service performed.
- Adjustments are full price if you or another professional make any changes to the color/cut.
- You will be subjected to additional cost if you change your mind from the original consultation.
My Policies
Product Return Policy:
A very lightly used product may be returned within 30 days from purchase. Make sure to reach out to me with your concerns as soon as possible after using the product.
Salon Etiquette:
I have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with me will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.
Between Visit Success Plan
Whether you see me for balayage, root touch-ups, highlights or vivids….I have the perfect plan to make sure your locks stay gorgeous in between visits.
I will recommend all the essential take home products to maintain your look every day.

Balayage 8 to 16 Weeks
Highlights 6 to 10 Weeks
Root Re-touch 4 to 6 Weeks
Toner/Gloss 6 to 8 Weeks
Haircut 6 to 12 Weeks
I believe in the “Treat or Trim” When coloring your hair, you are putting your hair through a chemical process and that process will have damaging effects if they are ignored. We can address them by treating your hair to a re-bonding treatment or we can trim the ends to ensure no more splitting.
